Christmas Eve

On Christmas Eve, we packed our bags and headed over to Nana and Papa's to spend the holiday.  When we got there, Papa was just putting the finishing touches on Christmas Eve dinner - a 13 pound lasagna! We always joke that he has an illness that makes him cook way too much food...case in point.  I'm not complaining, though...I ate off of that for the next five days!

I've really watched my caffeine intake since I'm nursing, but in order to be chipper enough for next couple of days, precautions had to be taken.  Hence, the lunchbox of caffeine.  The manic look in Anthony's eyes is no coincidence!

We even had to send Amanda out for more!

Anthony played us more festive music and we enjoyed just being together while we waited for Zack, Noah, and Daynarae to get there.

My favorite part about this picture is the puddle of puke on Ray's leg.  It's hard to know it's there until it cools! :)  I'm always saying that I only smell right for the first 20 minutes after my shower!

In an effort to settle the kids down, Uncle Ryan read them "The Night Before Santa Came to Colorado".

I haven't worked out strenuously for over a year, so this staircase made me pay for the next three days!
