We will be in Colorado in two, count 'em, TWO days! My parents wanted to give Connor his birthday present before we go. What could it be?!

"Bound-Aids"! We all laughed at the absurdity of receiving band-aids for your birthday, but my parents obviously know the way to his heart! He couldn't have been happier!

He's been doing this ever since, much to the chagrin of Daddy. Anthony doesn't love the little pieces of plastic-y paper strewn about the house.
These spring dandelions have not lost their appeal!

My boy. I can't believe he'll be three in six days. He was making faces at me today and I clearly saw my little one-year-old bug in there somewhere. He's such a big boy with a (very strong) will of his own. One consolation, however, is that he wants to be a baby when he grows up. :)
(Do you see me in his eye? My head is right in his pupil, I'm wearing a pink sweater, and my camera strap is handing down in front of me.)

Band-Aids! Love it! Who woulda thunk?! The orchard pics are so pretty - I know true photographers don't disclose where their special places are, but that one is great! Also, that last one of him is so cool! If you could have gotten his mouth in it, that would definitely be one to enlarge and hang. It reminds me of the one Becky took of Tori - seeing her in her eyes and all. Very nice! And, how am I supposed to go for at least another week without any posts?! Withdrawals, people! Have fun! We'll miss you! Be safe too.
P.S. That was me that deleted the first post. Too many misspellings;)
Is Connor going "sergeant" in that last photo?
Apparently "sergeant" is akin to going commando, except it involves no shirt, instead of no undies....according to Westley.
Haha!
Mary Ann,
I think the whole hush-hush attitude of photographers is so lame! I've been wondering where Becky's orchard is, and trying to decide if the two hour drive to the old Provo mental institution is worth the drive! Anyway, I was driving to work one day, and as I was admiring the spring blossoms on the trees, I noticed a little mini orchard in someone's front yard! We went there to take some pics, and an old dude was taking out the trash. I don't think he minded us using his yard for a minute. :) And good point about getting Connor's mouth in the crop next time...the current one is artsy, and in my opinion, visually interesting, but it could have been framed differently for a broader appeal.
Sean, he is going "sergeant"! You learn something new every day! We were watering Grandma's flowers and Connor go soaked, so he insisted on, "Shut off, Mom!"
